New Content in Sakurajima Update

Palworld's Sakurajima update has enriched the game with new content, Pals, weapons, and structures. Some of which are easier to find than others. But when it comes to the Meteorite Fragments, players may find it challenging to locate these valuable resources. But with the right knowledge and tools, finding these fragments becomes manageable and profitable.

Finding the Meteorite Fragments

Meteorite Fragments in Palworld are exclusively found at rare locations after a Meteor shower. While there's no specific location for spotting these fragments, indicators on your map can guide you to possible locations. Spotting these meteor symbols allows you to approach potential areas where these Fragments might occur.

Always remain cautious while approaching these areas as you may encounter extremely powerful pals like Xenogard and others such as Selyne and Xenovader, which often spawn after meteor showers. If the area is clear, you can start mining to collect all the Meteorite Fragments you find.

Collecting Meteorite Fragments

To collect these rare materials, you’ll need to use a Pickaxe to mine the Meteorite Fragment and collect any scattered Fragments on the ground. This is especially important if you've been in a fight with any Pals; their attacks might have damaged the large Meteor, causing fragments to scatter. On average, you'll get around 25 Meteorite Fragments from each Meteor. However, you’ll need more if you plan to craft the Meteor Launcher weapon.
